Buying a new home? Please consider the Hamilton-Halton Home Builders’ Association (HHHBA) a resource that will help you ask the right questions, understand the building process, and learn some common building terms.

We encourage you to work with builders who are members of HHHBA. Check the builders’ ads, web site or brochures to see if the HHHBA logo is displayed. HHHBA members promote a Code of Ethics for quality building and fair and honest customer relations.

Useful tips and information are also available on the Tarion Warranty Corporation web site (www.tarion.com). This is a private corporation set up by the Ontario government to regulate the home-building industry.
