Hall of Fame

The HHHBA has a long and proud history. In 1990 the HHHBA Hall of Fame was instituted to recognize members who have made outstanding and lasting contributions to the association, to the community, or to the home construction industry as a whole.

Inductees are chosen by the Awards Committee, and the ceremony is conducted at the association’s Annual General Meeting in October.

Nominations are invited throughout the year from all current or past members of HHHBA, or from members of the community at large. The board considers all nominees who meet the following criteria:

• Have been an active member in good standing for a minimum of 10 years
  
  
• Have held office on the Board of Directors for a minimum of three years
  
  
• Have adhered to the Code of Ethics of HHHBA membership
  
  
• Have made substantial contributions to the community, HHHBA or the construction industry as a whole
  
  
• Have conducted themselves and discharged their duties in a professional or humanitarian manner
